Choose an SSL provider for your Bangladesh business

Choose a provider by the requirements it can meet and the evidence behind its offer.

Separate the issuer, product and seller

The company selling a certificate, its product brand and the certificate authority issuing it can be different. Ask the provider to identify all three in the proposed offer. Compare the exact product and included names instead of assuming that every product under one logo has the same coverage.

Use the same requirements for every quotation

  1. List the domain names and any wildcard coverage you need.
  2. State whether domain validation is sufficient or organization validation is required.
  3. Ask for the selected subscription, full BDT total and separately priced additions.
  4. Confirm who provides validation instructions, installation and renewal coordination, and the scope of each service.
  5. Review the purchase terms, refund conditions and procedure for support or complaints.
  6. Confirm the required invoice and office purchasing documents before approval.

Check the support you will actually receive

Ask for the support channel, responsible team and agreed response arrangements in writing. Do not assume that installation, round-the-clock assistance or an issuance deadline comes with every certificate. The certificate authority must complete its validation; a seller cannot guarantee approval before those checks.

For a Bangladesh government office, share the office's quotation format and procurement instructions through the Government Desk. Availability and supporting documents must be confirmed for the proposed purchase. A website logo or marketing claim is not proof of tender eligibility.

Consider a free option when it fits

Let’s Encrypt provides free DV certificates. If your hosting and administrator can maintain the deployment and renewal, compare that option alongside paid products and any separately agreed service. An organization that requires OV needs a product that provides those identity checks. Price alone does not determine the strength of TLS encryption.

Compare current offers without an invented ranking

SSLS publishes current certificate details and approved prices in its catalogue. This guide provides a purchasing checklist; it does not claim an independently measured ranking of Bangladesh suppliers. Compare documented scope and ask for clarification where an offer is incomplete.

Common questions

Who is the best SSL provider in Bangladesh?

There is no single best fit for every buyer. Compare verified coverage, validation, full costs, terms and support against your requirements. This guide does not assert an independent market ranking.

Is the cheapest certificate always the right choice?

Only if it meets the required coverage and validation. Include extra domain names, subscription totals and separately agreed services when comparing offers.

Can I ask SSLS for help with a certificate bought elsewhere?

You can describe the certificate, hosting platform and help needed in an enquiry. Support availability, access requirements and charges must be agreed before work begins.
