What to expect when ordering certificates and related services from SSLS Bangladesh.
Your order and agreed scope
SSLS Bangladesh is operated by The Hire Excellency. Review the product, domain coverage, subscription length, BDT total and any separately agreed services before placing an order. You must be authorised to act for the purchaser and the domains or organisation involved.
Saving an order does not confirm payment, issuer approval or certificate delivery. Product-specific terms, the accepted quotation and any signed agreement form part of the agreed scope. Contact us before proceeding if those documents conflict or a requirement is unclear. Changes to your product or price require your agreement.
Payments and quotations
Use the payment method offered for your order. Bank slips are evidence submitted for verification; payment is confirmed only after reconciliation. A partial payment leaves a balance due. A deposit permits work to start only when the accepted quotation expressly allows it.
Read the Payment & Billing and Refund & Cancellation policies before paying. Prices and availability for a new order or renewal may differ from a previous purchase. An enquiry or budget estimate is not an accepted quotation.
Certificate requirements
The certificate authority decides whether validation requirements are met. We source products through suppliers; a brand listing alone does not mean we are a direct or authorised partner of that brand. The selected issuer’s subscriber agreement and validation requirements also apply.
Provide accurate contact, billing and validation information. A commercial subscription is separate from each certificate’s actual expiry. Replacement certificates may be needed during the subscription. Installation, monitoring and other assistance are included only to the extent agreed for your order.
Account security and assistance
Keep control of your sign-in phone or email. Do not share login codes, private keys or passwords in order notes or support messages. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account access or certificate compromise.
Contact support with your order reference for payment, delivery or service concerns. Applicable mandatory rights are not excluded by these policies. Later website updates do not silently change the terms recorded for an existing order.
