We are fully committed to our products and services before and after delivery. Therefore, after purchasing an SSL certificate from us, if you think due to any reason you want to cancel your SSL certificate, then you can do so. In addition, if you cancel your SSL certificate within the first three days of purchase, you will also get a 100% refund into your account after deduct payment processer fees.
Furthermore, if you want, you can send us an email to request your refund at support@ssls.com.bd with your Transaction ID number, or you can even talk with our SSL experts regarding the same.
Our motive is to provide the best products and customer service while resolving any issues customers face during SSL issuance and installation.
Also, at ssls.com.bd, we provide a complete refund if the issued SSL certificate is canceled within 07-days of purchase. In addition, we provide a customer-friendly system that helps cancel your order and provides you a complete refund as a store credit or as an original payment method.
Terms of Refund
This refund policy considers 07 days money back guarantee. Unfortunately we are unable to accept your refund request, after 07 days of purchase date.
Remove Certificate Before Claim
Before processing to order cancellation / reissue / refund, subscriber has to remove SSL certificate. In the case of ignoring certificate un-installation, ClickSSL has right to reject your request.
Request to Refund
To claim your refund, kindly contact our billing department via email (billing@ssls.com.bd) or you can create support ticket your account – dashboard. Our support team will contact you and will provide you all necessary guidances to solve the issue.
Refund Approval
We will investigate your issue and procedure for refund process after clear detection. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund amount. If your refund request is accepted by our billing team, then we will make payment according to the original payment mode. Like, If you paid with a credit card, bank account balance, debit card the money is refunded to your account respectively. No refunds are acceptable after 07 days of purchase date of an SSL certificate.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your payment is released from our side, but you haven’t received it then you need to contact your bank or credit card company. The process takes 3-5 business days to complete, and the refund will be credited to your balance once the process is completed.
However, if you have not received your money back or refund amount, then instantly contact our support team at billing@ssls.com.bd.
Note:
Once you process for cancellation of your SSL certificate, it will be canceled immediately, but a refund to get reflected into your account may take around three business days.
Due to New CA/B Baseline Requirement, All Code Signing Certificate Orders at ‘Pending’ status can be cancelled within 07 days from the date of purchase. But Orders that are Issued (Active Status) cannot be cancelled or refunded by the vendor.
