Who handles your information

The Hire Excellency operates SSLS Bangladesh. Use the contact details below for privacy questions or requests relating to information held by us. Certificate authorities, banks and payment providers may also handle information under their own notices.

Information we use

We use your name, sign-in phone or email, contact details, organisation and billing information, orders, quotations, payment references and support messages. Certificate work may require domain names, public certificate material, a certificate signing request and validation documents.

For bank transfers, we receive the slip and transaction details you upload. Avoid including unrelated account transactions or other people’s information. Account sessions and security records help protect access and investigate misuse.

Why and with whom

We use information to authenticate you, answer enquiries, prepare quotations, administer orders, verify payments, arrange validation and delivery, provide agreed support and keep business and security records. Login codes use your selected channel; order and certificate updates use the contact channels recorded for the order.

Relevant information is shared with the selected supplier or certificate authority, bank or payment service, hosting and email/SMS providers as needed for those tasks. Some providers process information outside Bangladesh. A payment provider handles card and payment-authentication details on its own payment page; do not send those details to SSLS support.

Publicly trusted TLS certificate information, including domain names and other certificate fields, can appear in public Certificate Transparency logs. Closing your SSLS account does not remove independently maintained public certificate records.

Protection and retention

Access to order documents and bank slips is restricted to the relevant customer account and authorised staff. We do not routinely request or retain customer private keys. No transmission or storage system can promise absolute security.

Information is retained for the service, accounting, security, dispute-handling and applicable recordkeeping purposes for which it is needed. We review correction and deletion requests after checking your identity; records needed for an unresolved order, payment or legal obligation may need to be retained. Archiving an order only changes its visibility in your account.

Your choices

You can review saved contact details in My Account and contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We may need additional information to confirm that a request is authorised. Signing in with a new email or number does not automatically link accounts.

Purchase acceptance is not marketing consent. Optional analytics or advertising tracking is separate from the cookies required for sign-in and checkout; see the Cookie Policy.

Optional Google Analytics measurement

If you accept analytics in Privacy choices, Google Analytics measures public page visits and campaign sources using a pseudonymous browser identifier. When conversion measurement is enabled, accepted quotation enquiries, cart and checkout activity, confirmed payments and completed refunds are associated with that identifier to help us understand which pages and campaigns lead to business. Purchase permission is separate from analytics permission.

The analytics integration sends certificate SKU, subscription term, quantity, currency and transaction amounts with an opaque transaction reference. It does not send your name, email, phone number, billing address, certificate domain, uploaded slip or private account-page URL. This identifier is still pseudonymous data, not anonymous data. Google may process analytics data outside Bangladesh under its applicable terms and privacy information.

Use Privacy choices on a public website page to reject analytics or withdraw permission. Essential sign-in and purchasing remain available. Your choice is stored for up to 180 days; clearing browser storage can require a new choice. Withdrawal stops future optional collection after it reaches our server; it does not automatically erase events already received by Google. Contact support for a data request. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in this integration.
