SSL Certificate Installation in Bangladesh

Get your certificate ready for the server, hosting panel or CDN that serves your website. Tell us your platform and requirements so we can confirm the installation scope.

Start with your certificate and hosting setup

An SSL purchase, certificate issuance and installation are separate steps. If your certificate has not been issued, finish the CSR and validation steps in your order first. For an existing SSLS order, sign in to review its recorded progress and available files.

What to prepare

01

Website names and platform

List the hostnames that need HTTPS and identify the hosting panel, web server, CDN or load balancer. Include your platform version when known, so the instructions match your setup.
02

Issued certificate files

Have the issued certificate and the CA-provided intermediate chain ready. The installation must use the matching private key; keep it with the authorized server administrator.
03

Order and deployment owner

Provide your SSLS order reference, if you have one, and identify who can approve hosting changes. Do not paste passwords or private keys into a quotation or support message.

How installation is handled

01

Confirm the installation points

Identify where the browser's HTTPS connection ends. A CDN, proxy or load balancer may have its own certificate configuration as well as the origin server. Agree which endpoints are included.
02

Install using the platform's instructions

The authorized administrator imports the certificate and required chain, then selects the correct website or service. Agree a change window and recovery plan before any restart or configuration change.
03

Verify the result

Check the served certificate, required hostnames, chain and expiry after deployment. Record any remaining application or hosting issues separately so the installation result is clear.

Choose your next step

01

Continue an existing order

Use your account for the CSR, validation, delivery and installation records associated with your certificate. Keep the work linked to the correct order.
02

Discuss installation support

Share the public domain, platform, number of installation points and the help required. We can review the scope and confirm availability and any charge before work is agreed.

Still choosing a certificate?

Compare coverage, validation and current subscription totals. For a certificate approaching expiry, review the renewal and replacement steps before scheduling installation.

Hosting migration, application changes, mixed-content repairs and ongoing monitoring need their own agreed scope. Buying a certificate does not automatically include these services.

Common questions

Is SSL installation included with every certificate?

Check the product and your agreed order scope. Do not assume installation is free or included. Tell us your platform and requirements so any assistance and charge can be confirmed.

Should I send my private key or hosting password?

No. Keep private keys and passwords out of enquiry forms and ordinary messages. Your authorized administrator should retain the key and approve any necessary access arrangement separately.

Which files are needed?

Usually the issued server certificate and the CA's intermediate certificate chain. The matching private key must be available on the installation system. File formats and import steps depend on the platform.

Can I ask about a certificate bought elsewhere?

Yes. Explain the issuer, hosting platform and installation requirement in a custom enquiry. We need to confirm the scope and availability before accepting the work.

Why does the website still show the old certificate?

Check the endpoint actually serving HTTPS. A proxy, CDN or a different server may still have its previous configuration. Review each intended installation point rather than assuming one upload changed them all.

Does a successful installation fix every browser warning?

A certificate check confirms the certificate configuration. Mixed content, application redirects or other website problems may require separate changes. Record the warning and affected hostname when requesting help.
