Payment & Billing Policy

Your payable amount

Checkout shows the total for the selected subscription, certificate quantity and extras in BDT. An annual equivalent is not a monthly instalment arrangement. Review the final order or quotation for the agreed scope, tax treatment and any additional services before proceeding.

Bank deposit or transfer

Place your order, transfer to the business bank account displayed on its payment page, then upload your slip with the amount, date and transaction reference. Use your order reference with the transfer where possible. Do not use bank details from an unrelated website or unverified message.

After submission, the order shows Payment verification pending. Uploading a slip does not mark it paid. Authorised staff check the funds received and approve or reject the submission with a reason. If correction is needed, review the reason and submit the correct evidence. Call support with your order reference if you need help.

Cards and online payments

When available, aamarPay provides the hosted payment page for the methods enabled for our merchant account. It handles payment credentials; SSLS does not ask you to enter a card number, PIN or payment OTP in its support forms. A return to our website is followed by payment-status verification.

If a payment outcome is uncertain, check the order or contact support before attempting another payment. We do not confirm a payment solely from a screenshot or redirect.

Partial payments and documents

A confirmed partial payment reduces the outstanding balance but does not make the order fully paid. Any deposit, payment schedule or permission to start work must be stated in the accepted quotation. Ordinary certificate setup follows confirmed payment unless those agreed terms allow an earlier start.

Keep your billing details accurate and retain the order reference and payment evidence. Confirmed payments, invoices and corrections remain part of the financial record; hiding an order does not delete them.
