How to report
Contact support with Security report in the subject, the affected domain or order reference, when the issue was observed and a concise description. For urgent account or certificate concerns, call the business number below. Do not attach private keys, login codes, passwords or unnecessary personal information.
Keep investigation proportionate
Do not access other customers’ records, disrupt services or continue testing beyond the minimum information needed to describe an issue. A report does not authorise security testing of SSLS, a customer, a supplier or a certificate authority.
Certificate compromise
Suspected compromise needs security review and may require action by the certificate authority and the domain owner. Reissue and revocation are different processes. Keep control of your private key and contact your hosting or security team where needed. This page does not promise a bug bounty, continuous emergency coverage or a fixed response time.
