Accurate and authorised requests
Request services only for domains, organisations and purchases you are authorised to manage. Supply accurate billing and validation information. Do not submit forged bank slips, identity documents, organisation records or proof of domain control.
Protect the platform and others
Do not use our service for fraud, impersonation, unauthorised access, malware distribution or interference with other users. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, validation or payment verification. Issuer subscriber agreements may impose additional product-specific requirements.
Issues and investigation
We may need to review suspected misuse before proceeding with a request. Contact support or use Security Reporting if you discover an issue. A report alone does not establish wrongdoing or authorise revocation of a certificate; relevant evidence and approval are required.
