Start with your trademark or government mark

Prepare the mark owner, registration jurisdiction and public registration reference, where applicable. The issuer must accept the relevant registration office and mark. A Bangladesh registration should be checked with the issuer before purchase; it does not establish automatic eligibility.

For a government organization, identify the mark and the authority that permits its use. Share only public references in the initial enquiry. Any formal evidence is requested later through an agreed process.

Review all sending systems before enforcing DMARC. Gmail BIMI requires quarantine or reject with 100% enforcement; a monitoring-only policy is insufficient.

Use the required SVG Tiny PS logo profile and deploy issued files over HTTPS with the corresponding BIMI DNS record. Confirm who manages the hosting and DNS.

Common questions

Will every Bangladesh trademark qualify for VMC?

Eligibility depends on the selected issuer's accepted trademark offices, mark requirements and applicant checks. Provide the registration jurisdiction and public reference for review before purchase.

Does VMC guarantee a blue checkmark in every email app?

No. Gmail supports its verification checkmark for VMC senders. Other providers have their own support and presentation rules; correct authentication and BIMI deployment are also required.

Can a government office request a VMC quotation?

Yes. Describe the organization, proposed government mark and email domains. The issuer must verify the mark and applicant eligibility. An enquiry does not imply government endorsement or guaranteed issuance.

What if my logo does not qualify for VMC?

A CMC may be an alternative if you meet its applicable requirements. We can review that route separately; a CMC does not provide Gmail's VMC verification checkmark.
