No. Each issued certificate has its own expiry. Revalidation, replacement and installation are required during the subscription, including a one-year plan. Follow the actual certificate expiry and the current CA instructions.

From order to a working HTTPS connection

  1. Choose your plan and complete payment

    Select the subscription and quantity, then complete checkout. For bank transfer, upload the receipt on the payment page. A receipt is reviewed before funds are confirmed; a partial payment leaves the balance due.

  2. Submit your website names and CSR

    You can order first and request setup help after the payment requirements are met. Provide a CSR from your server or ask for guidance. Keep the matching private key on your server; do not send it by email or support ticket.

  3. Complete the required verification

    OV checks control of the requested domains, the organization’s identity and the applicant’s authorization. Use the DNS, approved email or website-file method offered for your order. Availability depends on the certificate authority and requested name. Payment confirmation and certificate validation are separate steps.

  4. Install and check your certificate

    After issuance, download the certificate and chain from your account. Install them with the matching private key, verify HTTPS for the covered names and track the actual certificate expiry.

Yes, for the main website. Include both example.com and www.example.com in your request and check the issued names. An unrelated domain or a subdomain such as portal.example.com is outside this package.

What business information is needed for DigiCert Standard SSL?

Provide accurate organization details and an authorized contact through your account. DigiCert verifies the organization and authorization as well as domain control. Respond promptly to any requested evidence or verification call.

Can I add more domains to Standard SSL?

This selected Standard package is not SAN-expandable. Choose the Multi-Domain product for several named websites, or Wildcard SSL for first-level subdomains under one base domain.
