    Share your website names and hosting details using the order’s setup action. Ask our team for help or provide a CSR from your server. Keep the matching private key on your server; do not send it through email or a support ticket.

  3. Complete organization and domain checks

    Prepare your organization’s registered name, physical address and an authorized contact. The certificate authority checks the organization, the applicant and control of every requested domain. Public records, supporting documents or a callback may be needed.

    Plan for DNS access when validating wildcard coverage. We will explain the DNS record needed and help you coordinate with the person who manages your domain.

  4. Install, verify and keep it current

    After issuance, obtain your certificate through your account and install it with the required chain on your hosting. Ask for installation guidance if needed. Check the covered names and HTTPS, and follow the actual certificate expiry for replacement during the subscription.
