From your order to a working HTTPS connection

You can buy first and request setup help after the payment requirements are met. You do not need to know how to create a CSR to ask for assistance.

  1. Choose the plan and complete payment

    Select the subscription and quantity, then complete checkout. For bank transfer, upload the receipt on the payment page. A receipt is reviewed before funds are confirmed; a partial payment leaves the balance due.

  2. Open certificate setup in your account

    Share your website names and hosting details using the order’s setup action. Ask our team for help or provide a CSR from your server. Keep the matching private key on your server; do not send it through email or a support ticket.

  3. Complete organization and domain checks

    Prepare your organization’s registered name, physical address and an authorized contact. The certificate authority checks the organization, the applicant and control of every requested domain. Public records, supporting documents or a callback may be needed.

    Use the domain-validation method offered for your order, such as a DNS record, an approved email address or a file on the website. Every requested domain must pass the applicable checks.

  4. Install, verify and keep it current

    After issuance, obtain your certificate through your account and install it with the required chain on your hosting. Ask for installation guidance if needed. Check the covered names and HTTPS, and follow the actual certificate expiry for replacement during the subscription.

When will the certificate be issued?

OV commonly takes 1–3 business days once the required information is available, but it is not guaranteed. Missing public records, documents, domain checks or an authorized-contact callback can extend the time. Payment verification and certificate validation are separate steps.

Does the subscription term equal certificate validity?

No. Each issued certificate has its own expiry. Revalidation, replacement and installation are required during the subscription, including a one-year plan. Follow the actual certificate expiry and the current CA instructions.

The payment stays under verification while our team checks it. The expected review time is within one hour. A valid partial payment reduces the balance; standard certificate setup requires the payment terms to be met. What if I need installation, reissue or refund help?

Use the support request in your order or contact support@ssls.com.bd. Reissue replaces a certificate within the current subscription; renewal purchases a new subscription. Any extra installation work, refund or cancellation follows the agreed scope and our published policies.

Can an organization or government office buy this directly?

Yes, when this listed product meets its requirements and normal checkout is suitable. Use Request a quote for custom specifications, procurement documents, payment conditions or other tailored requirements. A certificate’s validation type does not itself guarantee tender compliance.

Are installation and future renewals included in the price?

The price covers the selected certificate, domain coverage and subscription term. Installation, monitoring and other assistance apply only as agreed for your order. Reissues follow the product’s entitlement and may require validation and installation again. Renewal is a new purchase at the then-current price.
